Order Processing

Once your order has been placed either online or by phone, a customer service representative will contact the vendors to verify availability of items. Once the items have been verified that they are available, we will proceed by contacting you to verify the order and set up a delivery time and date.

Keep in mind that local deliveries are on a set schedule each week. Please contact our staff for those schedules.

After the process of checking stock, verifying the details of your order and discussing payment method, your order will be place and confirmed with the vendor for delivery to our warehouse. Once the order is received in the warehouse, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm a delivery date to give you a time window for your local delivery.

Other non-local deliveries scheduled for shipment by carrier follow those carrier's policies and procedures. The staff at Bradley Home Furnishings works hard to find the best price for shipping to your area by working with multiple carriers. The shipping prices for these non-local purchases are not controlled by Bradley Home Furnishings. Bradley Home Furnishings is not responsible for any possible changes in inventory at vendor warehouses. We can not guarantee that a given item is in stock nor that the arrival dates of furniture given to us by the vendor are guaranteed to a timeline. We will however work closely with our purchase department to make sure your order is shipped as soon as possible if you choose to keep your items on back-order.

Order Cancellation

Most of our products are in stock at vendor warehouses for fast shipment. You may cancel your order and receive no penalties before your order ships to our warehouse.

If your order has already arrived at our Bradley Home Furnishings warehouse, a 20% restocking fee will apply to your order if you wish to cancel.

If your order has already shipped from Bradley Home Furnishings, any cancellations or shipment refusals will be considered "Returns". As with a return, the customer will be responsible for actual freight BOTH ways in addition to the 20% restocking fee. Bear in mind, actual freight returned may be higher than freight we originally charged based on additional fuel surcharges and labor, residential pick-up circumstances, etc.


We base our customer purchases on the policy that "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" unless of course the rare case occurs in which your furniture is either damaged or defective. Having said that;

If you wish to return or refuse your order, you are welcome to do so. However, you will be responsible for actual freight BOTH ways in addition to the 20% restocking fee. You can return the item using the shipping carrier of your choice. Once we receive the return, we will refund your account the product price minus the 20% restocking fee. Original freight will not be refunded. Here at Bradley Home Furnishings, we pride ourselves on our customer satisfaction and it is an extremely rare occurrence that our customers wish to return furniture simply for the sake that it is not what they wanted. We encourage our customers to be informed of furniture specifications and common material (types of woods, fabrics, etc.) used, but the quality of the furniture you purchase from Bradley Home Furnishings for the price you pay is second to none.

Under No circumstances may Furniture that is financed be returned or refused once it has been shipped.


Any refund issued will be in the same manner as they were received. Payments by cash or check will be issued as a refund check from our Corporate Office within 10-14 business days of your cancellation.
