By approving your final invoice and submitting payment for items you’ve ordered, you are acknowledging that you have accepted the purchase of those items within the terms and conditions as follows.

When you place your order online you will receive an order confirmation email and confirmation number with 24 hours.  It is to confirm that your order has gone through.  If you do not receive your order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact us at 800-891-2708.   We will contact you within 24 hours M-F to let you know if the item is available and to quote you a shipping rate (if applicable). 

Every effort is made to provide high quality images and measurement to assist you in choosing your furniture.  However, images at times vary in color depending on a number of factors, including your monitor color settings, the photo’s color settings, and your room lighting. If you need precise dimensions or colors, contact Bradley home furnishings. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error free.

BHF is not responsible for any possible changes in inventory at vendor warehouses.  We cannot guarantee that a given item is in stock or that the arrival dates of furniture given to us by vendor are guaranteed to a timeline.  We will however work closely with our purchase department to make sure your order is shipped as soon as possible if you choose to keep your items on back-order. 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  . 

Depending on the item(s) that you purchased on Bradley Home Furnishings and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be provided to you.  Each shipping method has its own restrictions and additional charges that might be applied to the order. 

Within 48 hours of delivery, should your order arrive damaged, please email us with a description and/or a clear photographic image of the damaged items(s) and we will at our sole discretion, either repair, replace or reimburse you for reasonable local repairs of said items. MOST IMPORTANT:  Furniture cannot be returned for any reason without its original factory packaging.

If you do not notify us within the 48 hour time period, you are agreeing to accept the delivered item(s) “as is” and also agree that Bradley Home Furnishings and any of it’s affiliates, associates, employee and agents assume no liability whatsoever regarding the type, construction and condition of products you have purchased and taken possession of.

Within 48 hours of delivery, if the delivered items(s) are undamaged, but for whatever reason you do not want to keep the items(s), we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, however, you agree that any such refunds or exchanges will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price and a return delivery charge equal to the initial delivery service fee.

Our products have been packaged to avoid damage in shipping.  Be sure to inspect your package and its contents prior to signing for the delivery.  If a package arrives that appears to be even slightly damaged or if parts appear to be missing, please write, “DAMAGED” on the freight delivery bill of lading that you sign for acceptance of your items.  NOTE:  If there are any holes, indentations, or tears on the outside of the package, but no damage is apparent, you should still write  DAMAGED on the bill of lading.

If an item of furniture is obviously badly damaged, you should refuse that specific piece. If others items are not damaged, you should take delivery but write on Bill of Lading which piec(s) was refused.  We will then file a claim and upon completion of the claim, send you a replacement.  We will do our best to assist you and expedite your replacement product but we must be notified promptly.

We reserve the right to repair furniture in customers home or accept return for repair and/or replacement.  Regretfully, we can a only authorize full refund in the rare event when we are unable to repair or replace (or find a replacement part for) the item.

Orders may be cancelled as long as they are not special orders, have not been processed and /or have not been shipped. No finance orders may be cancelled once furniture has been shipped. You must call to cancel the order at 800-891-2708 before they have been shipped. 

Shipping times listed on the Bradley home furnishings site are approximate and we always strive to adhere to them as closely as possible.  However, due to the fact that that delivery times may be effected by our manufacturers and/or shipping solutions provides, we cannot be held responsible in the event that your items arrive earlier or later than estimated.

You will be contacted for an appointment by the Shipping Company ahead of time so that you can plan your schedule accordingly.  Shippers are expected to notify you of a delivery day and time, so you can have the appropriate help available to get your order into your home.  Please note that shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.  If you are not at home when the delivery was scheduled and the freight company has to return with your order, a second delivery fee may apply based on the carrier.  If you tell the carrier to leave the furniture without being there to accept it we are not responsible for any damage to the furniture. 

All out of state orders will be shipped via common carrier and delivered by a trucking company contracted by Bradley home furnishings.  Common carrier deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday.  The shipping company who is obligated to fulfill delivery of your order will contact you by phone prior to delivery to establish an approximate time for you to receive your delivery.  Although we use the largest and most well-known carriers, we are not responsible for delays in transit, freight company employee conduct, missed delivery appointment or damages to the customer’s premises.  We will not accept cancellations due to delays in delivery by transportation companies.

Payment options include (USA issued only) Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, and Post office Cashiers check.  We are proud to provide NO Credit Check financing for you as well.

Credit card processing; All credit card payments are processed through Bradley Home Furnishings and will be displayed on your credit card statement as such.  In the event a credit card does not process for any reason, we will at our discretion, either void the order and notify the customer or process the order at a later date or process the payment in multiple smaller amounts until the item is paid in full.  Items cannot be shipped until payment in full has been collected.

Bradley Home Furnishings does not save or store any credit card numbers of its customers.  Once a customer completes online order, his/her credit card issuer authorizes Bradley Home Furnishings to charge an appropriate amount of money to the customer’s credit card.  Bradley Home Furnishings will charge customers’ credit card whenever the merchandise is ordered. 

Throughout the ordering process you will be prompted to check the box reading: “I agree in full to terms and conditions of sale by Bradley Home Furnishing and such acceptance will be in lieu of customers legal signature.
