Shipping dates stated by Bradley Home Furnishings are approximate and we always strive to adhere to them as closely as possible.  However, due to the fact that that delivery dates may be effected by our manufacturers and/or shipping solutions provides, we cannot be held responsible in the event that your items arrive earlier or later than estimated.

You will be contacted for an appointment by the Shipping Company ahead of time so that you can plan your schedule accordingly. Shippers are expected to notify you of a delivery day and time, so you can have the appropriate help available to get your order into your home.  Please note that shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.  If you are not at home when the delivery was scheduled and the freight company has to return with your order, a second delivery fee may apply based on the carrier.  If you tell the carrier to leave the furniture without being there to accept it we are not responsible for any damage to the furniture.

All out of state orders will be shipped via common carrier and delivered by a trucking company contracted by Bradley Home Furnishings. Common carrier deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday. The shipping company who is obligated to fulfill delivery of your order will contact you by phone prior to delivery to establish an approximate time for you to receive your delivery.  Although we use the largest and most well known carriers, we are not responsible for delays in transit, freight company employee conduct, missed delivery appointment or damages to the customer’s premises.  We will not accept cancellations due to delays in delivery by transportation companies.

 

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the dimensions of doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators are sufficient to accommodate the delivery of large items, such as custom-made furniture. We strongly advise customers to measure these areas prior to ordering to avoid any inconvenience or additional charges. In the event that the purchased item cannot be delivered due to inadequate space or accessibility issues, the customer will be responsible for any associated costs, including but not limited to restocking fees or redelivery charges.
